The client needed a scalable solution to roll out thousands of localized promotional assets across global markets—each with different durations, formats, frame rates, legal requirements, and pricing structures. Manually creating these adaptations would be inefficient, costly, and error-prone.
Orb’s adapts team developed a robust templating system that allowed any duration edit to be adapted automatically—complete with legal disclaimers, pricing variations, and the client's signature end board. The system accounted for four frame rates, four aspect ratios, and 42 unique market requirements. Orders could be triggered directly from the client's internal project management tool thanks to full system integration.
